One of the most praised features is the freshness of the baked goods. Multiple reviews emphasize that items are baked throughout the day, not just once in the morning. Whether you're arriving early or late in the day, you’re likely to get something still warm. That freshness adds an unmistakable richness to items like bolillos, mini-danishes, turnovers, and stuffed breads.
Reviewers also point out how well the bakery balances sweetness, making it ideal even for those who prefer lighter desserts. The attention to detail is consistent across all offerings, whether it’s a flaky fruit roll or a moist slice of tres leches cake. Combined with excellent service and fair prices, this dedication to freshness is why many consider it the best bakery in Omaha.
The ease of ordering the exact cake I wanted was nice...had to stop a minute and sniff...the food, as always, was wonderful. Definitely a customer.
Neat variety of pastries. Spotlessly clean. You can see the workers behind the scenes. No indoor seating, but the sidewalk has great artwork/benches to sit on.
Even with long lines they are fast.
My favorite bakery ever a Mexican bakery on South 24th near q not as sugary as American baked goods and freshly-made regularly with a huge variety this place rocks the thin crisps and the sliced sweet loaf are phenomenal five stars plus!
The best in Mexican “Pan Dulce” (sweet bread). Brings back many fond memories of my childhood. Prices are very cheap compared to donuts (which I also like).
Great food but prices have doubled in last two years. Prices began to climb a few years ago after the remodel but have since doubled again. Still very good.
Great panaderia in South Omaha. They have everything from pan dulce to cakes and desserts like flan. I particularly like their empanadas, barquillos, and orejas. Best bolillos in town, too.
Great bakery at a good price. Selection is fantastic. Drawback? Coffee not readily available and no seating. Take it home and enjoy!
Had been wanting to go for along time! Was impressed with all the choices! Everything looked delicious. Very good prices wish I knew what everything was...flavors etc.
